you've been asked to help remaster one of your favorite albums. however, the master tapes were lost in transit, and the band is either unable or unwilling to record new sessions. now, you have to recreate the entire album using different songs and hope the fans don't notice. guidelines: - most tracks on the playlist should be written and performed by other artists. you may optionally use 1 song by the original artist, but it must be from a different album - if you like, you can keep the original album secret. if you do, then on top of your 1 optional song, you *must* include 1 song by the original artist. the optional song, if you include it, must not be on the same album as this one either - the focus of your remaster does not have to be style. you can look at lyrical themes, particular similarities (like a guitar tone, or a fanfare), etc. - each song on the playlist does not have to be 1:1 with each song on the album. you can use multiple playlist tracks to represent 1 album track, or vice versa - your playlist should be within 15 minutes of the original album's runtime
